A checklist of the specific details in an answer that actually decide whether it works.
As stated in the literature
A per-prompt list of critical operational slots (reagents, quantities, temperatures, orderings) with ground-truth values, used by the defender to score which claims a model got right, wrong, or omitted.
Why it matters: It turns "is this answer right?" into a set of specific checkable items, so you can tell a fully correct answer from one that is wrong in exactly one crucial place.
For example, for one procedure the checklist might list the starting chemical, the exact amount, the temperature, and the order of two steps, with the correct value written next to each.
