The version of the football-management test where all the AI managers run clubs in the same league and compete against each other.

Why it matters: It tests whether strategies that look brilliant in isolation still work when other capable agents are competing for the same limited resources.
For example, when one model signs a star player in the Arena track, no other model can have him, so every gain comes directly out of a rival's squad.
